The attachment is structured starting <br />with the original and follow-up comments from Mr. Cazier in italics, followed by the response from <br />Climax Molybdenum Company - Climax Mine (Climax) to each comment. <br />As you will see from our responses Climax takes its environmental obligations very seriously, as <br />illustrated by our historic and ongoing commitment to environmental compliance and award- <br />winning reclamation work.
