Alpine Aggregates, LLC is now the permitted operator <br />of the River Valley Resource, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-2001-090, as well as those specified in <br />the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bond Tyne Bond Number Bond Amount <br />Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland $270,200.00 <br />(Corporate Surety) <br />These have been released as of November 10, 2010 Division approval for the succession of operators.
