The Division will
allow for the additional time required to prepare the EPP. Currently the application for Amendment No. 3
(AM-03) is considered incomplete. In this
case the need for extra time to prepare the EPP is understood. In the event that all outstanding materials
required to make the application complete for technical review are not delivered to the Division by March
7, 2012 the Division will deny the Amendment Application.
If you need additional information, please contact me at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety,
Grand Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, telephone no.
(970) 241-2042.
Respectfully,
Travis Marshall
Environmental Protection Specialist
Cc: Gerald J.
