Permit No. M-77-526 <br />Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit <br />is March 28, 2011. The effective date of all information in this <br />report is March 10, 2011. Please refer to the attached ANNUALREPORT <br />MAP for the location of areas discussed in this report. This pit <br />HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more <br />than 180 days this year. This permit was amended in 2006 to add <br />construction of a slurry wall to the permit and the current bond is <br />$230,300.00. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />(1) We continued to mine material from 9.37 ac. on the southern <br />end of the property this year (orange). A 11.72 acre area <br />within the slurry wall area on the south side of the mine was <br />stripped and partially mined as well (orange). <br />(2) Backfilling has continued in the tailings area (tan). The 3 <br />to 1 slopes into the lined depression were completed this year <br />and we are in the process of obtaining the necessary state and <br />County permits to fill this area with inert fill. We completed <br />above water bank sloping on 3,061 linear feet around the <br />northwest lake. We seeded 4.77 acres on the north end of the <br />property this year (lite green). The topsoil pile located on <br />the north end of the NW lake was used on the above water <br />slopes. This area was graded and shaped so it is ready for <br />seeding this spring.
