C-1981-012
I have reviewed the ownership and control information in the current approved permit application
package against AVS and have the following comments:
New Elk Coal Company
1.) In AVS, Ernest Cleave is listed as Manager with a beginning date of January 4, 2010. He is not
listed in the Permit Application. Please either update the Permit Application, page 2.03-4
(Revised 2/10) or submit an End Date so AVS may be updated.
I checked to see if there were any violations for New Elk Coal Company and there were none.
Thank you
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
