Mlninfl end Safes/ <br />Dear Mr. Dudash: <br />The DRMS' letter dated March 2, 2011 transmitted its adequacy response for the referenced minor <br />revision. On behalf of Bear Coal Company, Inc., enclosed are its responses to the DRMS' <br />comments and concerns. <br />1. Page 2.05-27 was revised to include a reference to Mountain Coal Company's letter. <br />2. The text on page 2.05-32 was amended to state the bridge will remain in place and that <br />Mountain Coal Company had no issues with the retention of the bridge. <br />3. A statement regarding channeling the hillside spring water to the River after the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment finds that the, hillside spring water treatment <br />pond is no longer needed was added to pages 2.05-31 and 2.05-35a. <br />4. Bear agrees with the DRMS' reclamation estimate that indicates $148,833 out of a total <br />liability of $279,224 can be released. <br />Amended pages 2.05-27, 31, 32 & 35a are enclosed. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
