Hogue River Pit, Permit No. M-1992-066,112c Amendment Application (AM5), Adequacy issue <br />Dear Mr. Humphries: <br />Listed below are adequacy review issues for the above noted 112c permit amendment application (AM5). Please submit <br />responses to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety by March 21, 2011 so that they may be reviewed by the <br />permit decision date of March 28, 2011. <br />1. The gravel pit well permit 42066-F issued by the Division of Water Resources limits the total exposed ground <br />water surface area to 25 acres. Please submit documentation to this office that the applicant has applied to <br />expand the use of this well permit to include the additional acreage that may be exposed by this operation.
