Duckels Construction is conducting an engineering evaluation to demonstrate the <br />proposed mining expansion will not cause damage to adjacent UP right of way structures, within <br />200 feet of the proposed affected area. Duckels Construction will not mine within 200 feet of <br />any UP structure, adjacent to the proposed expansion area, until it receives approval from the <br />DRMS. <br />Please place this document with the Hogue River Pit DRMS Permit Amendment Application <br />material. A copy of this document is being mailed by certified mail, return receipt to the Routt <br />County Clerk.
