This receipt was not included in the Climax Documentation of Proof <br />of Publication and Notice to Owners of Record package sent to the Division on October 29, 2010 as <br />Climax had not yet received the return receipt. <br />The certified mail receipt indicates that the Owners of Record letter was delivered (picked up by Mr. <br />Crater) on November 8, 2010.
