Gold Links Mine Permit# M1987143
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
1313 Sherman St., Room 215
Denver, Colorado 80203
Phone: (303) 866-3567
FAX: (303) 832-8106
RECEIV
FEB 0 7 2011
Division of Keciamation,
ttil'ming and Safety
Attn: Russ Means

JAN G 0 2011
G" ;Y..; UFFiCE
January 18, 2011

Russ,
As I discussed with you and Bob about getting a Technical Revision for the Gold Links Mine
MI 987143 to put up a Concentration building. The building will be approximately 30' wide x 60' long
x 19' tall. The building will be built using traditional pole barn construction with out a concrete
foundation making removal easy. The materials used will be wooden poles buried in the ground with
metal trusses and tin siding. The building will be placed past the old mill site on the old mine dump,
thus not requiring any tree removal or excavation.
Should we cease activity on the property crushing and concentration equipment will be
removed. It is written in the lease contract that the land owner has the right to keep all buildings at their
discretion for storage. If the land owner does not want the building then it can be easily torn down and
the site left in better than original condition. Please reference page 8 of the lease clause 8.5.
This building will house a temporary crushing and concentration unit for the mine properties.
There will be no chemicals used and there will not be any discharge from the mill site. High grade
Concentrates will be shipped away to the smelter and low grade material will be sold to another
processor in Utah.
This building site is in the already permitted reclamation area so there will be no need to put in
new roads to access it. The said dump site on which the building sits is from the 1920's and is made of
hard rock material. Included is a map of the permitted area of the buildings location. The previous map
we sent was drawn up by a former contractor and is inaccurate in that it shows portions of the site
outside of the permitted area. This is not so and we have included and updated map with current
information. The old dump does not come close to the permit line. There is a tree line between the
dump and the permitted boundary and we have no need or intention of disturbing this buffer zone.
