See attached file from Division of Water Resources, objecting to requested bond reduction at Line Camp Pit, M-2001-
001. With such objection from DWR I cannot approve the bond reduction. I recommend you withdraw the request for
bond reduction and re-submit after you obtain a decreed plan for augmentation from the Water Court.

back in the office until December 20. The MLRS hearings are for Colorado Goldfields and not related to Line Camp Pit.
