Several
issues still need to be clarified prior to the Division's approval of the application. The
decision date for this application has been extended to February 14, 2011. Please be
advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns identified in this
review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension
of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not been adequately
addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been requested, the
Division will deny this application.
6.4.3 EXHIBIT C - Pre-mining and Minine Plan Maps of Affected Lands
The Division has received the updated mining plan map via the fax transmission. This
map is similar to the first map submitted on August 16, 2010.
1.) The following corrections need to be made to the mining plan map submitted. Please
submit an updated map including the following information in addition to what is
currently depicted:
a.) The corrected map must be signed by the registered land surveyor,
professional engineer or qualified person who prepared it.
b.)
