Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on December 10, 2010, a minor revision application (MR-122) <br />to the Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-1996-083, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 483, <br />Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. In Minor Revision No. 122, <br />Bowie Resources, LLC is proposing a change in ownership where by Cedars Energy, LLC will increase <br />its ownership share from 98.99% to 100%.
