Notice of Receipt of NOI Application.
Dear Mr. Posey,
The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received a complete Notice of Intent
application to Conduct Prospecting Operations (NOI), File No. P-2010-026, submitted December 30,
2010. As of today January 4, 2011 the application is considered complete for staff review. Per Rule
5.1.3(a) the Division has twenty (20) working days to determine if any deficiencies exist within the
application. The deadline for the Division to notify Shell Frontier Exploration & Production Company
of any deficiencies is February 2, 2011.
