V% e??7t- s <br />CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />® The proposed operation will consume ground water by: ® evaporation, ® dust control, <br />? reclamation, ® water removed in the mined product, ® processing (washing), E] other:. <br />® Other: This office strongly recommends the applicant's request not be granted until either (a) <br />ground water is no longer exposed and used from the Line Camp Pit, or (b) the applicant obtains a <br />decreed plan for augmentation from the Water Court to cover depletions associated with Line Camp <br />Pit. <br />VI/ <br />COMMENTS: The operation appears to be located in parts of Sections 22 & 27, Twp 38N (identified as <br />Twp 33N in the Notice), Rng 14W, N.M.P.M. (referred to as 10`h Prime Meridian in the Notice), according <br />to information available to this office. Permit No. 57737-F was issued to Four States Aggregates, LLC on <br />6/26/2002 to expose water in a pit for uses limited to evaporation, water lost in mined product, sand and <br />gravel washing, and dust control. A condition of the permit requires the pit be included in a substitute water <br />supply plan approved by the State Engineer or a plan for augmentation approved by the Water Court.
