Connell is requesting the removal of the
requirement of reporting of water testing at the Tellier pit. Testing and reporting
to Routt County will continue per the special use permit.
Enclosed are copies of the past years testing to show that there has never been
an issue with E coli, which to my understanding was the original concern.
Coliforms have only shown to be present twice. The way the testing occur is
that there could be only one colony and it would show positive, the testing is not
quantitative therefore it is not conclusive.
Thank you for your time and if you have any comments or questions please feel
free to contact me at 970-297-8822.
Since ely,
Tracey Anderson
Environmental Specialist
Connell Resources, Inc.
Enclosures/
IL -
n
n

a-* Lki LN LZQlNU
