Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division received a request for an extension of the remaining corrective action required from the June 2, 2010 <br />inspection. The following corrective action must be addressed: <br />PB RS The affected land acreage is greater than A.) The Operator will need to submit a January 10, 2011 <br /> what is currently approved.
