All other <br />conditions and requirements of Permit M-1989-023 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $42,500.00 exceeds the $12,807.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $29,693.00.
