Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: Haldorson Pit, Permit No. M-2003-037, Technical Revision, TR-03, Submission and Review. <br />Dear Mr. Kearl, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) received United's request for a Technical <br />Revision (TR) for the above referenced permitted site on November 26, 2010. The revision was <br />considered adequate for review on November 30, 2010. The technical revision request is noted as <br />adjusting the mine plan and re-alignment of the entrance and haul road. By Rule a TR has a 30 day <br />review period.
