The application was determined to be complete on November 08, 2010.
The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed its adequacy review of the
proposed minor revision. Please respond to the following comments or concerns as necessary:
1. The text proposed on revised page 4.05-106.1 does not correspond with approved pages 4.05-
106 (RN08-05, 03/12/10) and 4.05-106.2 (TR10-73, 05/21/10). Please submit proposed
revised pages that transition from already approved pages in the PAP.
2. The Division as compiled the attached reclamation cost estimate for the tasks associated with
the reclamation of the Utility Borehole and Rock-Dust Tank. This estimate is sufficient to
reclaim all areas associated with the proposed activities under MR249. TCC submitted a
reclamation cost estimate in the amount of $6,640.00. Attached is the Division's total
reclamation costs associated with these activities and is estimated to be $17,803.00. Please
acknowledge if TCC concurs with the Division's estimate.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions at (303) 866-3567 ext 8134.
Sincerely,
Jason Mus
Environmental Protection Specialist
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
