Two outfalls are permitted under the CDPH&E permit. Both ponds discharged <br />during September 2010, and the operator sampled the discharges in compliance with the sampling frequency. No <br />parameters were outside of the permit limits. The operator provided a copy of the reports to the Division in a timely <br />manner.
