Two outfalls are permitted under the CDPH&E permit. Both ponds discharged <br />during February 2010, and the operator sampled the discharges in compliance with the sampling frequency. No <br />exceedances were recorded for the February sampling period for either outfall. The operator provided a copy of the <br />report to the Division in a timely manner.
