This is proposed to be "graded and compacted" with <br />a bulldozer. This would be inadequate to prevent differential settling. In 50 <br />years the result wi l l be a series of holes depending on age and depth of ti 11. An <br />engineered compaction plan is needed. <br />MAPS: 13-2, C-1, C-2 and Exhibit 1~ <br />Rule 6.2.1(2) The scale of maps C- 1, C-2 and r at 1"=2000' does not meet scale requirements <br />Of 1 "-50' to V-660'. <br />The scale of Exhibit.F is mistakenly shown as 1 "=2000' but is really V= 1000'. <br />Rules 6.3.1(2) The surface ownership map C-1 does not show the names of adjacent land <br />& 6.4.3(a) owners. <br />Rules 6.3.2 & Maps required to show existing contours and watercourses, which are based <br />6.4.3 On USGS snaps, are so blurred and indistinct that these features cannot be <br />seen. <br />Rule 6.3.3(b) & Map C-2 does not show the location of topsoil stockpiling areas. <br />6.3.5(2)(c)
