Plant & Mine, Fueblo County <br />Dear Mr. McGill: <br />Dear Mr. McGill: <br />This office has reviewed the information contained in your May 31, 2002 correspondence <br />and the two cultural resource reports entitled, "GCC Rio Grande, Inc, Red Rock Plant & <br />Quarry Class UT Cultural Resource inventory pueblo County, Colorado" and "Ara <br />Intensive Pedestrian Survey of a Proposed Access Road & an, Overview survey & <br />Predictive Model for a Proposed Limestone Quarry .Area, Pueblo, County, Colorado". <br />We concur that railroad lines 5PE1776.8 and S.PE4162.2.are4igible-to-theNa&n-af __ . <br />_ Rz ter.-$o.ri lines are associated wWa the development of the area and have retained <br />their integrity. The effects of the project on these lines are not known at this time. <br />Further consultation will be necessary when the effects are known,. <br />SPE4236, two lime kilns, are also eligible as a rare example of a type in the Pueblo area. <br />It is our understanding that this site will not be impacted by the project as it is outside the <br />area of potential effect. <br />Sites 5PE4191.1, 5PE4192, 5PE4231.1, 5FE4235.1 and SPE1915.2 are not eligible to the <br />National Register since they are not related to persons or events important in history. No <br />Anther work is necessary on these sites. <br />We concur with the conclusions reached .ira the predictive rn.odel.
