The applicant will answer ques- <br />tions in the same order as you asked. <br />6.4.4. Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />1. The applicant commits to submitting a technical revision to the permit, per Rule 1.9, to provide the Divi- <br />sion design specifications regarding the crossing construction prior to initiating construction of the drainage <br />crossing. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />2. The applicant commits to salvaging a minimum of 28,100 cubic yards of topsoil for reclamation of the <br />Parshall Pit. <br />6.4.12 Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />3. Division should be able to re-estimate the cost to reclaim the site know that the applicant has addressed <br />all of the concerns regarding the amount of required topsoil required for reclamation for the Parshall Pit. <br />Thank you for your concern on this matter and we believe all concerns have been addressed and the applica- <br />tion is complete and ready for review on October 6, 2010.
