Pi6eda <br />Director <br />On October 4, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on July 8, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Addition of 66 acres to existing permit, resulting in 126 permitted acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1994-108. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1994-108 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $163,029.00 exceeds the $126,966.00 performance bond currently held. If you have <br />not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $35,513.00.
