Director <br />1050 17"' Street - Suite 950 <br />Denver, CO 80265 <br /> <br />Re: Sunday Mine, Permit No. M-1977-285, Temporary Cessation (Revision TC-2), Approved. <br />Dear Ms. Woodward, <br />On August 19, 2010 this office received your adequacy responses concerning the reporting of the proper conditions <br />required to place the Sunday Mine into temporary cessation. All conditions, facilities and requirements appear to be <br />met. This office is therefore approving your request to place this permitted mine into temporary cessation. <br />Please be reminded that the site must still be monitored to ensure that it remains in stable condition. Also, all annual <br />reporting requirements remain in effect during the temporary cessation period. <br />Temporary cessation may last for up to five years, with a possible additional five years, subject to approval. Please <br />provide: a notice to this office that states the date on which the permit status should be revised back to "active." <br />There is no revision of the bond amount included as part of this revision of permit status.
