The release of Areas B, C, and I is still denied
due to failure to provide DRMS documentation to demonstrate compliance with the SEO requirements for exposed
surface water within these areas. In summary, areas A, D, Z and T will be released through revision AR-1. All other
permitted areas will remain part of the active permit. Please edit your permit boundary maps to accurately reflect this
revision.
The permit area was reduced to 640.9 acres, through the release of 89.6 acres in permit action AR-1. Because the permit
is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
6"-141
Eric C.
