Pineda <br />Pritchett, CO 81064 Director <br />Re: Carrizo Stone South, Permit No. M-2006-024, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Sikes: <br />On September 15, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on August 16, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Updated permit/affected land boundary and revised Mining and Reclamation Plan maps. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2006- <br />024.
