Bowie needs to revise their mine plan slightly to include some new development mining that originally was a part of Technical Revision No. 68. Bowie is mining faster than they had anticipated and this revision is needed so that they can continue mining until TR-68 is approved. There won't be any subsidence involved since it is only development mining. The proposed mining is west of the WAPA power line and Terror Creek and stops short of the Terror Creek road. Because of the short time frame, the Division is anticipating approving MR-120 sometime tomorrow. If you have any concerns, please call me.
