PR-12 <br />shows longwall panels oriented in the east west direction. BRL has changed its mine <br />plan to orient the longwall panels in a north south direction. <br />Related Permit Actions <br />Technical revision number 65 was approved by DRMS. This technical revision allowed <br />the development of the1 West Mains under Terror Creek. Technical revision number 67 <br />is also in the process of being reviewed by DRMS. Approval of TR-67 will allow for the <br />construction of a ventilation shaft in the Terror Creek drainage. TR-68 is a pending <br />incidental permit boundary revision that adds 80 acres to the permit boundary to allow <br />continued mining immediately west of Terror Creek. Permit revision number 12 is in the <br />process of being approval. Approval of PR-12 will provide for extensive mining to the <br />west of Terror Creek. <br />Right of Entry <br />The proposed mining is all within the current permit boundary. <br />Enclosed are amended maps 14-B and 27. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
