Lupton Sand and Gravel), and <br />M2002-104 (Lupton Meadows Reservoir) <br />Dear Ms. Shults: <br />This letter has been sent to inform you that earlier this month the Division received another complaint letter alleging <br />increased flooding occurring on property located on the east side of the South Platte River as a result of activities <br />associated with the active sites located on the west side of the river and referenced above. <br />We are enclosing with this letter, a copy of the complaint letter, and the DRMS response to it, for your review and <br />response.
