Resulting isolated <br />area of pit excavation will be classified as unlined water storage at this time. Loveland will be responsible party for roadbed <br />construction per their 8%512010 letter to DRMS, therefore DRMS will not require additional bonding for, or assume any <br />responsibility for roadbed construction. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1999-069. <br />All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1999-069 remain in full force and effect. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />j-'01- <br />Eric C.
