Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has received a <br />copy of the 2009 Annual Reclamation Report for the Coal Ridge Mine. Thank you for <br />your timely submittal of this report. The Coal Ridge Mine was reclaimed in 1994 and <br />has undergone a Phase I and Phase II Bond Release on 38.4 acres. There are currently <br />6.8 acres in long-term facilities that are subject to reclamation. During the 2009 reporting <br />year no reclamation or vegetation sampling activities were performed. The attached map <br />shows the reclaimed portions of the site as well as the areas in long-term facilities.
