Pi6eda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received a letter from the Bureau of <br />Land Management concerning Bowie Resources LLC. The letter is dated June 14, 2010 and was received at <br />the Division on July 19, 2010. Although the letter refers to PR-4 for the Bowie No. 1 Mine, it also states that <br />the EA process for the lease modification of federal coal lease COD036955 for Bowie No. 2's PR-12 is still in <br />the draft stage. <br />The Division also has one additional adequacy review question for PR-12. <br />New Adequacy Review Question <br />90.
