Pineda <br />Director <br />Please be advised that on July 1, 2010, Lafarge West, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 10170 Church <br />Ranch Way, Ste. 200 , Westminster, CO 80021; (303) 657-4579, submitted a request for full reclamation <br />responsibility release for the Tanabe Pit, Permit No. M-2000-002. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 10, Township 2S, Range 67W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Adams County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
