One item was, raised during the review of the Technical Revision, that was,not discussed during the May
inspection. 'The,Division; has observed backfilled;pit excavations impede the flow of ground water and
cause' mounding and:shadowing impacts to land adjacent to.these'nearly. impervious basins. Please
determine what impact the backfilling activities at the site may have.on the surrounding groundwater:

problem is-occurring and how Aggregate `Industries; WCR - Inc. will mitigate possible problems. The
Division recommends,taking advantage of the monitoring wells proposed to test the groundwater,
