Date: July 7, 2010
To: File No. C-1981-008
From: David Berry
Re: Transcript of voice mail recording received by David Berry at 303-866-3567 extension 8106
Message received: July 7, 2010 at 10:20 a.m. from 1oEllen Turner
Hi Mr. Berry, this is JoEllen Turner. I've got an interesting letter here from uh NRCS dated way back
before they even took our uh prime soils off of this property, stating that the soils west of twenty seven
hundred road are Barx Darvey and are prime farmland soils that should be treated as such, and it is
signed by NRCS it is dated before they ever took a drop of prime soils off this property. I think they need
to be hung, Mr. Berry, you know, I think that ... and they're lying to you, they're lying to everybody, and
they are trying to cover up because I caught them in 2008 and they're trying to cover up what they've
done, and I can prove now beyond a doubt that they already knew it was prime farmland, not by the soil
surveys or anything else, this is from NRCS documentation stating right to Ross Gubka that it's prime
farmland. Thank you, bye
