Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received the <br />Colowyo Coal Company, LP's (Colowyo) request for an extension of the proposed <br />decision date for Technical Revision 84 from 22 June 2010 to 6 August 2010. The <br />extension is necessary to allow for additional time for Colowyo to prepare their adequacy <br />responses and the Division to review them.
