With regard to the other action <br />items for Platte Valley, I am waiting for the results of the analysis conducted to determine if the drilling fluid/daylight mud is <br />inert. Broda's consultant, Mark Molen, advised yesterday that he is still waiting for results from the lab. They took <br />samples on, I believe, June 17 and June 21. As soon as we have that information, I will submit together with the <br />documentation indicating the type and quantity of material backfilled at the site. I have that info already available but just <br />thought I'd submit it when I get the results if that's ok. <br />As we previously discussed, I also need some more time for the East 8th Street items. Unfortunately I have been dealing <br />with the declining health of my father-in-law over the past month and his recent death, so have gotten behind in my work. <br />I would appreciate very much if we could get an extension to July 30 to address the items remaining for Platte Valley and <br />E 8th. <br />Connie N.
