CO 81120 <br />Re: Robins Pit No. 1, Permit No. M-2002-014, Conversion Approval, Revision No. CN-1 <br />Dear Mr. Robins: <br />On July 1, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to the <br />Division on October 22, 2009, addressing the following: <br />Convert original] 10c to a 112c type permit. Increases permit area from 9.84 acres to 18.532 acres, representing <br />an increase of 8.692 acres. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2002-014. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2002-014 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $32,550.00 exceeds the $7,859.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $24,691.00.
