The status of the corrective action reported by Sprague Scraper <br />Service, Inc. in regard to this pro lem is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: The topsoil stockpiles lacked vegetation or other means of <br />stabilization. <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of a Technical <br />Revision, addressing a seed mix to be used on the topsoil stockpile for stabilization. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3567 x8116. <br />SiI-ly, <br />Michael A.
