This project includes removal of remaining accumulated precipitates and sediments from Robinson <br />Lake and the transportation and placement of excavated sediments to the southeast corner of #2 Dam. <br />Initiation of this project is currently scheduled for the first week in July 2010, pending your review and <br />acceptance of these activities. <br />Climax. remains an active operation with ongoing and documented construction, exploration, <br />closure/reclamation operations, dust control, water treatment and compliance management, general property <br />management activities. <br />Three copies of this Technical Revision (TR) and the requisite $1,006.00 fee applicable to a 112d operation <br />are included herein.
