See DRMS, Inspection Report, at 5 (June 3, 2010). To <br />address this issue, you requested that Wildcat Mining Corporation ("Wildcat Mining") <br />perform the following corrective action: <br />Within 10 days of the signature date of this report, by June <br />18, 2010, submit a written plan describing how <br />inappropriately placed materials and inappropriately placed <br />mine debris will be removed from Little Deadwood Creek <br />and relocated to appropriate areas for storage. Within five <br />days of receiving written approval from the Office for the <br />written plan, remove the inappropriately placed materials <br />under the direct supervision of Office staff. No work may <br />occur in the absence of direct supervision of Office staff. <br />Id. <br />I have attached hereto a, "Proposed Corrective Action Work Plan-Little <br />Deadwood Creek Mine Debris Removal," for your review and consideration.
