Pineda <br />Director <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501-3826 VX V / <br />Re: Mule Farm Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1991-079, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-4 V/ <br />Dear Mr. Lyman: <br />On June 17, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on May 21, 2010, addressing the following: <br />• Technical Revision to address repairs necessary after Gunnison River flood water caused damage to the <br />permit area and adjacent BLM land during the spring 2005 runoffperiod. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1991- <br />079.
