Update final reclamation configuration <br />and manmade structure list to include new Kerr McGee oil/gas well on east side of French property pit. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2001-017. <br />All other conditions and requirements of Permit M-2001-017 remain in full force and effect. <br />Thank you for this submittal and if you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Eric C.
