Dear Mrs. Shults:
On June 22, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted to
the Division on June 15, 2010, addressing the following:
Revise lining method on French property pit from slurry wall to compacted clay liner. Update final reclamation configuration
and manmade structure list to include new Kerr McGee oil/gas well on east side of French property pit.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2001-017.
All other conditions and requirements of Permit M-2001-017 remain in full force and effect.
