Release, Completeness Notice.
Dear Mr. Jagim:
On June 1, 2010, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the City of Grand Junction request for a
111 c performance and financial warranties release inspection for the City of Grand Junction Riverside Parkway
borrow area, Permit No. M-2007-005. The request appears to meet the requirements of Rule 4.17.1. Per rule
4.17.2 (2), the office has 60 days to inspect the site to determine if adequate reclamation has been completed. The
process for the release of the Riverside Parkway has begun. Based on the rule the decisibn date is set for August
2, 2010. Division staff will contact you in the near future to schedule an inspection.
