(LRM) is the owner, operator and permittee for the Larimer <br />Pit. As of May 20, 2010, the current Larimer Pit permit area consists of 228.85 acres, between <br />Namaqua Drive and Wilson Avenue, as shown on the Location Map, Figure 2. <br />The small area in this release request consists of 4.25 acres of property; a residence, access <br />road, and outbuildings, that are rented to other parties. This 4.25 acres is fenced off from the <br />active mining area. Figure 2 and Figure 2a have been marked in red to show this area for <br />reference. After the 4.25 acres is removed 224.25 acres will be remaining in the permit <br />boundary. <br />Property Owner Information <br />Fee title to the Larimer Pits is held by Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc.
