Permit No. M-1999-069 <br />Wagner/Kauffinan Phase I Additional-Release- +- 7 acres <br />Dear Mr. Scott: <br />On May 26, 2010 you met with Frank Kauffman and Troy Kauffinan to inspect the above <br />referenced site for a partial release of seeded grass. During the inspection it was brought <br />to our attention that there is approximately 7 acres of land on the southwest corner of <br />Phase I that is currently permitted for gravel extraction. This section of land is a stand of <br />50 + year old trees which house a colony for blue herons. <br />Kauffinan & Son never intended to disturb this area for mining.
