Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: Wagner/Kauffman Pit #3, Acreage Reduction Approval, Permit No. M-1999-069, Revision No. AR-4 <br />Dear Mr. Kauffman: <br />On May 26, 2010, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for release of a <br />portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. <br />The permit area was reduced to 221.10 acres, through the release of 6.70 acres in this permit action.
